Read Our U-verse Sucks Experience

In my many experiences with technical support, ATT UVerse is absolutely the very worst. I don’t think it can get any poorer unless hyenas handled the telephones.

Once I’d read a million ATT Uverse success stories , I required television and internet service. They scheduled me for our install 10 days after at noon.

So I took time off to be at my house ( an adult over 18 has to be around ). At 1 I called to find out the location of the installer. They kept bumping me to another phone operator and after 25 minutes, a customer support person informed me they didn’t have my correct street number so they had to reschedule me. I said, “You couldn’t just call ?” All they could say missing any emotion behind it was, “Sorry. We can reschedule you for a few weeks from now.” Say What ? Suddenly 7 days without service turned into over a month

Yea right. So I was on their butts every single day

After 13 calls, many hours listening to 80s music, a billion transfers to people who kept shipping me back to 1st place, various hang ups whenever I requested a real assistant, I finally got it switched earlier. Guess what? Same story as before.

Guess what, I’ve given up. For the love of God boycott ATT Uverse with me.
